ive called old mutual on three occasions requesting a cancellation document to be sent to me, in order to cancel my policy with the, until today I have not yet received it from the, they are so unreliable and inefficient , I do not understand how hard can it be to just email a simple document.<br> Could someone just da send me a document to cancel my policy immediately.<br> <br> Thank you.
