Disgusting service!

I have just received the worst service ever with this comany. I submitted a claim for one of my funeral policies at the mutual park head office. I produced all the necessary documents required and one of those docs is a police declaration, as my brother passed away due to unnatural causes. The declaration was fully completed by the investigating police officer. The consultant i dealt with confirmed that all the docs were correct. I then received a call from one of the consultants or supervisors(didnt catch their name) whom told me that the police declaration wasnt completed properly there is a section that the investigator didnt fill out. The section is relating to an inquest where there is a yes or no tick box. The investigator didnt indicate neither but instead wrote next to the boxes "dpp will decide" which means he cannot say yes or no in that section. I am told to go back to the investigator to have that section of the form to be filled out correctly. This is the first time that im even claiming for one of my policies and already im getting a bad service after being a loyal customer. Im willing to take business elsewhere and cancel all my policies with Old mutual and make sure that i spread the word on social media with my experiences, should my claim not be paid out. Im busy grieving for my brother and this company is busy giving me hassles. I hope that this gets sorted out in time before i take this matter further.
