Disgusting Service

<p>I went to old mutual offices to check on my policies, fortunately when I get there I found out 2 of my policies lapse for 4 months. I asked them I f I can pay the money that I owe and I was told I had to start afresh. I have been the client for the past 10 YEARS. What about those years that I was paying, my money went down the drain. I am so dissapointed as I was loyal customer to them. I did not receive any phone call to make me aware that they dont get my monthy premiums. I just lost my mother 2 weeks agao, and she was insured with Old Mutual, so I have been paying for nothing. So disgusting, thanks to a terrible Old Mutual.</p> <p> </p> <p>Stanley</p>
