DISGUSTING ONLINE PORTAL AND SERVICE
I have been trying for weeks to see my Preserver fund on the Old Mutual online portal. I could see it a few weeks ago but now I can't. I have emailed and phoned constantly to no avail. Trying to enter something on their online portal is also a total nightmare to say the least. THe IT guys did call back to say Preserver Fund had changed their online systems but it still has NOT BEEN FIXED????? THIS IS SHOCKING FOR A COMPANY LIKE OLD MUTUAL!!!!!

04 Nov 2022, 10:26Really! When??? ALL I want is to be able to see my Preserver Fund on my online portal and check that the beneficiaries have been loaded as requested. I have also requested a document in the meantime to prove that my money is in fact safe and that the beneficiaries have been loaded!!!!!
