Disgusting Old Mutual

I don't understand how old mutual do things! I logged my complaint last week because I was not happy with the misleading information they gave me regarding the product.

I requested my money back but instead they cancelled monthly premiums and they closed the query without refunding me. Old mutual stop employing people who do not know how to handle your clients, worst part who doesn't know the product knowledge that they are selling.

If you fail to bring my money can I take another step to resolve the matter. 5 days ago you promised to give me feedback yet you're still quiet till this far. Please attend the matter urgently and resolve it within next 48hrs.
