Disgusting, insensitive, pathetic bunch of fools!

My father passed away after contributing to Old Mutual for all his working life. He was due for a payout for the funeral benefit. I submitted all documents they requested and even checked on them to find out whether they received it or not. They verified that they received it. This was in January 2015. Now 9 months later, they have still NOT paid the money and are not even bothered!!! What a bunch of rogues they are. They take the money so quickly but when it comes to paying out, they refuse to pay out. At least they could tell us why they are refusing to pay out. But Old Mutual chooses to ignore us and frustrate us. My every query has met with a dead end. I'm extremely traumatised because my father passed away of old age - he was 91 years old! So why after over half a decade of taking his money are they refusing to pay out??? Or maybe the money was ****** by one of their workers. I guess that is the only solution I can think of. Then they should be honest and tell us that they are not paying us because my father's benefit has been taken by one of their staff!!! They are disgusting!
