Disgusting Customer Service - Old Mutual

I have a lifecover with Old mutual and have tried several times to change my beneficiary and its been nothing short of a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!

Iv been to 3 of your branches and was advised i need to have the ID of the person i want to list as a beneficiary (which doesnt honestly make since). I have tried to call your call center several times but nobody ever picks up. I have sent correspondence on your facebook page and that alone is another nightmare. I have used your app to try and change the beneficiary and that was also an epic fail! At this point can someone just call me to cancel this as its not worth the frustration
