Disgusting customer service

What a pathetic useless company, when applying for policy fory kids the bare minimum was asked for but when I heard about their pathetic customer service I quickly decided to make a withdrawal claim,the amount of stuff they asked for I was surprised they did not ask for a blood sample and still more than 3 months and they can't pay back R500, I feel terribly sorry for the people who have big claims, it's no wonder why old mutual is going down faster than the Titanic, I have sent more than 20 emails with no response ,you would think they would learn from their past experience but nope just getting worse and just by the way old mutual, don't bother replying to just me it seems you guys have a fat lot to say when there's a negative review
