Disgusting customer service
<p>I am appalled by the service we have received from Siyabulela Somacele who has no costumer service s****s whatsoever. He was quick to take the insurance and the money but when it is time to claim he talks to his clients like they are *******. Siyabulela will be the reason why clients would rather opt for other insurance companies. If his solution to his problem is hanging up the phone on client's ears his got another thing coming. </p>
