Disgusting customer service

The customer service from old mutual is disgusting. I have submitted a funeral cover claim on 4 January 2021 and to date no payment or update received. Why are you selling funeral cover if you cannot pay people in time? The SMS sent indicated that the claim will be processed within 2 days and its 16 days after still there's nothing.
