Disgusting behaviour

I find absolutely absurd and disgusting that you’d find it acceptable to take your clients for a ride. You never mentioned all this in your rewards that in order to increase your tier by opening your money account you need to make the following “ Inorder for the money account to upper your tier this transactions should be happening in your account .

Swipes to the value of R1,000 or more; and Five successful debit order transactions of any value; and Maintain a SAVE balance of R3,000 or more throughout the month. As an alternative to meeting the criteria above, you may maintain a savings account balance of at least R50,000 throughout the month.
