Disgusting and pathetic Service !!!!!!

I submitted a statement for withdrawal of an investment portfolio on the 29 March 2021. Followed up the withdrawal of my investment on the 12 April 2021. Of which a Mr Adams asked for a bank statement to resubmit my claim. I'm appalled at the slow Service and delaying tactics from Old Mutual regarding my claim.
