Disgusting and pathetic customer service
Disgusting and pathetic. Tried contacting them via email numerous times..no response..tried calling no response held on for 11 min and still got to speak to no one. They are pathetic. Supposedly working remotely. More like sleeping.This is how they treat people. ABSOLUTELY no accountability. Same as government. Because we can!! Old Mutual attitude!! Disgusting and Pathetic!!

08 Jun 2020, 16:38A day has passed. Still no contact after waiting 3 week's with no response. The message Old Mutual posts on all their complaints is basically the same..we will investigate and contact. Well a another day has passed and still no contact. What does it take for a response. Disgusting I will advise any person to not have dealings with Old Mutual. Ask for an investment and they will make contact asap. Try to withdraw and you still waiting 3 week's for a response..i did this via email and twice via their whatsapp. Disgusting and pathetic. You are unprofessional!!
