Disgusting

I wanted to open funeral policy, old mutual phone gave the phone to my partner as I am deaf can not hear on the phone. My partner explained to them that I can not hear and that he is helping me nope sorry I can't open policy just because they can't speak to me! I find that is very **************. How can they not help those disabilities people. Why can't they speak to my partner, he is there to help me to go thru step by step on whatever need to take place for me to get funeral policy!!! Really disgusting
