Disgusted. would rather take my money some where else

Before getting divorced, I called Old Mutual to get notification on what the exact name of the pension fund is. This was for the divorce agreement. I gave them the member ship number. I was first told its a Old Mutual Superfund Pension fund, when confirming again they said to me it's a Old Mutual Provident fund. So to be safe we asked them for a letter of no objection 2 months before the trial date which was the 11th April. Only after the 11th April they came back saying the name should be Old Mutual Superfund Pension fund. Now none of us knows what is should be and Old Mutual is so pathetic everyone says a different thing. I have a child to look after plus with all Old Mutual run around my lawyers fees are astronomical. And I am still getting a run around. I was thinking of increasing my own retirement fund with old mutual, but at this stage I would rather even take that money and put it in to proper fund with some company that has a proper back bone.
