Disgusted with Old mutural

I have been trying to get hold of Old Mutural for days on end now! Have been told that i needed to semd them a letter and documents which i have but not even a email in reply!!!! Im so sick and tired of banks taking your money but when it comes to return your money they dont know nothing and never reply!!!! Old mutural disgusts me staff and company!!!! I will never bank AGAIN with them nor refer anyone either!!!!
