Disgusted with Old Mutuals Service

I'm disgusted with the service from old mutual. Since April 2018 I've been trying to get my pension fund from them and when ever I speak to one of their consultants the same answer is given that its being escalated or they have errors on their system. They also say someone wil phone me before the end of the day and still no feed back. They fail to give me straight answers and getting back to me. This is a disgrace and the most terrible service I've ever got from anyone.
