Disgusted in old mutual!!

Utterly disgusted in the service experienced with old mutual for my Two pot withdrawal.

I app**** on the 7th October and it is now the 26th November and I have still not yet received my payout. It was stated that it can take up to 30 days but I have still not received my funds. It is almost two months and nothing.

Everytime I call there is some excuse, They always say its being escalated.

POOR SERVICE!!!

Old mutual was the only fund that had a waiting period before applying, isnt this supposed to allow for preparation and to make sure the whole process runs smoothly. Instead almost two months later I am still waiting for my funds!!

This funds are supposed to be accessed for emergencies but Old mutual is failing me any my family.
