Disgusted by Old Mutual South Africa

I requested to close my TFSA on the 2nd of February 2023 and till date 19 February 2023 I have had no response from old mutual. I sent all the required documents even their withdrawal form but since then no communication. I even want to close the retirement annuity I have with them because they treat customers like ****.
