Disgusted and frustrated

I have been retrenched from my previous company and I app**** for old mutual superfunds. When I initially called them They said our money will be ready in 21 days and I called again few days after and I was told the funds were being investigated and now I called again today and I'm told old mutual will not be paying out our money even though other people received their pay out. Why so many stories from your consultants and why don't you want to pay out our money
