disgusted and disappointed

if there was a zero rating, they would deserve it, the excuse you are given is that they are undated with call, yet they do not even respond to emails. the service is so pathetic. I also work from home but I still give the service that a client requires. With Old mutual its chaotic I doubt one ever works or they are just not caring. I am so appalled by this
