Disgusted

I have a life policy with old mutual. I have been paying it from 2015. I lost my job in December 2018, so I missed a payment for December and January. In February when I went to revive my policy they tell me that it cannot be revived due to the fact that it had been revived before. Yes I have missed a payment before due to financial difficulties, but I have never missed 2 payments in a row before. This is my childrens future, the money I have been paying it is an investment for my children. I have been paying this policy since 2015 and I have made sure that I pay the premiums no matter what financial difficulty I'm going through.
