Disgust in Service

the consultants at old mutual, are unfriendly and unhelpful, I had to repeat submitting documents, emails and phone calls, they caused a major delay in funeral arrangements, they are unwilling to put you through to a team leader or supervisor or manager, I still have not received any response or pay out, quick to take your money but will cause you emotional distress when time to pay out your claim.
