Disgsusted

<p>So last year December i took a premium holiday on my education plan and savings plan that i have for lil 1. Now for the last 6 months i am getting harassed by Old Mutual employees saying that i am in arrears for the month of November last year and my education and savings plan will lapse because of the arrears im in.What i dont get is that a debit order was setup for the premiums to go off my bank account because i only went for a premium holiday December and that it is not my fault that you people didnt deduct in November. How can i be in arrears when i dont owe you anything and its my money i am investing.Your service is bladdy atrocious, get your facts right</p>
