Disgruntled Customer

I have had it with old mutual .i had a loan with them and they listed me paid up the account on the 12/02/2019 they told me to wait for a month so they can remove the judgement on my name called again in March kept speaking to lady named Michelle in the legal dept she assured me it will be removed its 9 months later yet when i try to get credit or do anything this judgement still comes up .What more must i do to get this off my name . I will never ever do business wit old mutual if this is how they treat their customers. Very disgusted because today they keep sending me from pillar to post there stuff is very unfriendly too!!!!!!!!!
