Disgruntled customer

Have a bad experience with Old mutual financial services, have investment package that has matured, as I wanted to retire from that fund, I was told it will take 10 to 15 working days for them to release the funds from the Protektor plan, it has been that nd more days have already passed, tried calling been put on hold till my air time run out, if I go to1 of their offices I'm told they'll excalate the matter nd call me back nd they never do....been running around with no help at all, if they do this to their costumers then they don't deserve their business at all
