Disgruntled client

I was at old mutual in rustenburg midtown mall this morning and im very unhappy about their service.i was on que from 09:10 given a ticket with number 13,a couple of minutes later a lady walks in after me.she did not que for long as she was called before me,same thing happened with another client who came after me.by now,the number i was given is being changed to no 16 n im told of a system error however,the 'system error' seemed to be wrong only on my turn as other clients were called by their numbers n nothing was wrong.this went on until 10:00 whereby i left without being assisted.from all this,4 people were assisted by assistants who seemed to be fami**** with them as they kept making small talk.does this mean if you dont know anyone from their team then you will que until they are done with their family n friend?it is closer to my workplace but i had to go to another branch that is 20 minutes away from where i work.its a pity i can't mention their names as they did not have name tags.
