Disgruntled Client.

I am not happy with the service at the Old Mutual Superfund- Pension fund. Reason being is that my pension fund payout has been delayed. I have been inquiring how far is Superfund with my pension payout and thus far I have not had any feedback and nothing has been done as yet.

I resigned from my employer on the 27 July 2018 and finished off on the 24 August 2018 and till today I am waiting for my money to be paid out.

From my understanding pension fund money does not take that long to be paid out.

I am not happy with the value of my pension fund too. This matter needs to be looked into as soon as possible.

I need my pension fund to be paid out by 23 September 2018.

Can this matter be seen as urgent and may this matter be resolved promptly.
