Disgruntled

How long does it take when you request to surrender???? This has been going on since the beginning of November 2020. you requested for documents I sent them again on the 21/12/2020, and yet I still get an sms saying you want suportiing documents which i sent. do you people not check your e-mails.

Why is it so difficult for your consultants to answer the phone??? its been a week trying to get through to you people in vain. All your so called numbers including the Cape Town number NO ANSWER
