Disgranted customer

I am extremely disappointed with the service that i have been receiving from old Mutual. I am unemployed for a year and made a claim for my investment about 3 months ago at old mutual without any success to dat. Despite numerous queries from both me and my broker. I have more than one reference from them to post yet no one seems to be able to give me a satisfactory reply. Please assist in this regard
