Disgraceful service from Old Mutual

I have an Old Mutual Policy and have been trying to contact the relevant department for assistance and all i do is wait on the line for more than 30min and no assist or anyone to answer the phone. Also sent an email but no help, even a WhatsApp. Is there anyone still working at Old Mutual. Really disgraceful to treat clients in the manner.
