Disgraceful

This is the most pathetic company ever. You take people's money nicely but when it is time to pay, there is no communication, no process shared, no timeline. My cousin died 7 months ago and his family are still begging to get some idea of when his pension will be paid out.. It is already difficult to manage with his loss, you are making it so much worse. Disgraceful!!!!!!
