<p>My late mother has a policy with old mutual for so many years I first tried to claim my dad's funeral claim I was given the run around after threatening them to take them to hellopeter that's when the claim was processed now my younger sister is trying to access her education claim same thing is happening we not told things on time the branch doesn't know what they doing giving us wrong information ,the call center only told me now that I have to open my mother's estate late account while they told me to open my dad's late estate account for the funeral claim now for an educational claim I'm suppose to open my mom's estate account does that make sense ,either the branch or the call center or the people that process the claims need training because they clearly don't know what they doing</p>
