Disgrace to name Old Mutual as my investment, savings, insurance company

If anyone was thinking about doing their Will at Old Mutual - please don't. They keep changing executor and my late husbands will is now going for almost 3 years and no-one can give me any details on anything - every time i phone they just ask to phone me back with more details and then no one phones back. This is a disgrace to think that such a big company like Old Mutual don't take their work and clients seriously... So now i think how can i trust them with my money if they can't even sort out a will.
