Disgrace service

I went to old mutual branch at Wonderpark in September to review my funeral policy as I realized that my brother who passed away was not on the list of people registered under that policy. To my dismay I was informed that even if he was part of the funeral cover they were not going to pay out as he was not falling under as my child on the policy, I was fuming and left the branch. The consultant who was helping me had the nerve to even inform me that the consultant who helped me initially provided me with incorrect information.

Today my second incident is that I wanted to withdraw from my retirement fund which I was informed I can borrow from it twice In a year, to my dismay I was informed that is not possible.

I'm really so unhappy with the consultants in that branch it seems they don't know what they are doing. I will never recommend anyone to Old mutual
