Disgrace Company

Hi. My father recently passed on and I claimed online on the app and the app is nothing but a status technology app. Its useless and doesn't even work as designed. I'm in deep pain but I had to go to the branch only to find that it's a waste of my time. How can I be grieving and still need to running around like a headless chicken. My claim is still not processed even today. Old Mutual policy number ***. On top of that how does one open a policy with the policy holder being the beneficiary. These sales people are taking advantage of our pain like they will never feel it. I need answers asap.
