Discontinue policy and reimbur*****t

Please discontinue to debit my account with R164 premium on policy 00004D1BC*** as one of the insured persons died within the same month of taking the policy. I have reversed and stopped the debit order last time. It has been protected with debit check status so that I cannot reverse it anymore. Please reimburse my money and discontinue this policy immediately as it has been replaced with a policy deducting R134.
