Disappointment

<p>I am very disappointed with the old mutual, I have a policy with them i in April I sent them a letter and the form to change the depit order untill today they did nothing and they told me I have to wait for 3 months, not that all becuase they now telling me I did not paid my account to for May and June and but I sent them the forms and my id and payslip.</p> <p> </p> <p>When you try to call them you have to wait more than 30 minutes and I been waiting until i get hold of the lady and she asked me for the reference no and was do not have at the time and I got it and I called them again and wait again that 30 minutes and I got a guy and told him my story and he said I never sent the forms and when I told him no I did and I have a proof which is a reference no and instant he decided to cut me off.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems like now we not paying for this policy</p>
