disappointing with old mutual

I have had old mutual life cover for over 5 years the policy number is ***3 just yesterday i was told that they have terminated it but they were still deducting from my salary, i was so sure that im still covered, had something happened to me this means my family would get nothing from old mutual. I have paid a lot of money for this policy and i still want to continue with it, I need help
