Disappointing Service, no communication

I made a partial withdrawal on the 13/08/2019 and to this day I am still waiting . I've sent two emails to which I've got no response and I doubt if they have an operating customer service centre because the calls never get through . I'm extremely disapointed and frustrated . Old mutual really does not value it's customers .
