Disappointing service from old mutual

This has been the most frustrating,and exhausting service l have ever experienced from old mutual. I have put a funeral claim in time and was paid way after 48 hours and now I've been waiting for payout and it's dragging.... day after day I'm being told it's sitting with admin for escalations it's a over a month now. I would never advise anyone to do business with old mutual.
