Disappointing service, claim has not payed out!

Old Mutual has been delaying my insurance payout for more than two months now. I have sent them all my Drs records and proof that I had cancer and went through chemo but they keep delaying the payout. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and I have been paying my premiums for years.
