Disappointing service..... As always

Old mutual has been nothing but adding heart ache to us even when we need them most. Even now.

I need a statement of the premiums that my late mother paid on a policy and a policy schedule yet the branch in Protea Glen cannot assist, saying that they don't want to lose their jobs. We were referred to call or send an email that gsenquiries they don't answer emails, when I called I was referred to the same email address. I need this information as I need to further escalate old mutual they take money from our parents yet they did not want to assist
