Disappointing Service

On th 8the of November u visited old mutual branch for premium holiday it was approved for 6months with this reference numbers: CEB***, surprisingly last month end November one policy debited as i had two savings and retirement plan. I don't understand how that happened, i am just disappointed in old mutual to say the least. I did all that was required from my end and now this happens, i didn't ask for premium holiday for fun i had valid reasons.
