Disappointing service!

Went to old mutual offices in Goldfields Mall in Welkom to enrol for a retirement plan in June , I believe It was the first week. Was helped a lady named Putuma Gebashe who told me I will get correspondence in about 2 weeks time (I wanted the plan to start in July 27) 3 weeks passed and I got not feedback, went back to her and she said they will send me correspondence in July. It's the 18th of July already and nothing yet...this is absolutely disappointing. she hasn't contacted me to keep me informed of the developments . I regret waiting my time there..really really disappointing.
