Disappointing service.

I went to Wonderpark branch four weeks ago, 30 min before closing time. I was assisted by Masechaba or Mapaseka, I can’t remember her name well but it had a “Ma”, she couldn’t see my policies on her system and asked her colleague that was sitting on the side of her to assist her, she only assisted with one and left us there while we were waiting for her to get my second policy number, she said she can’t wait any longer for me to get the pop up on my phone as she has now knocked off, she took her bag and went home. The lady that was assisting me opened a bank account for me and gave me manual forms to fill out as her system was not working, she said she would cancel my policies manually and give me a call the next Monday but she didn’t. Four weeks later, she still hasn’t called. Went to the Fourways branch a week later and the consultant there advised that nothing was done on any of my policies and helped me cancel them. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for payment, only one policy paid out.

Old Mutual is always disappointing when it comes to having policies paid out, this is the third time I’m writing to Hello Peter complaining about Old Mutual. When you take out a policy when them their always quick to Welcome you and take your money, but paying out is always a problem.

I would like to cancel EVERYTHING I have taken out under Old Mutual cause even through my loyalty, they’re always disappointing. They don’t practice good costumer service. The Wonderpark branch is very poor.

I rated the lady at Wonderpark Branch 1 and no one bothered to follow up on the low rating to understand why. I’m so over Old Mutual.

Can you speed up my payments so I can part ways with Old Mutual for good.
