Disappointing Decision Taken By Old Mutual

I'm writing the below out of disappointment & concern on the decision took by Old Mutual on my fathers policy : Estate Late: Mr Mohlophi Thomas Tsotetsi / Policy number:***1 - REF: [SARAFC***]. I would like to understand what took them to decide to make the girlfriend 100% beneficiary on the mentioned policy. The deceased have kids which some of them he only started having parentship with them at thier adulthood that means he never contributed financially to their upbringing , the single mothers struggled through the childhood of their kids to raise them without his contribution. As we met him we were all depending on him financially or the other way . The decision to make the Valet Mahama Ahmed the 100% beneficiary is really unfair to the kids , the lady benefited from Funeral cover policy which she claimed after funeral , she is married as per home affairs records and she met the deceased in his retirement time. then she must be the 100% beneficiary on the boyfriend Estate and the the kids nothing. Yes we did get GEPF funds however I feel that is still unfair for all the kids to get nothing from this specific Estate. As mentioned this is the last Estate outstanding for it to benefit the girlfriend alone that soooo unfair , I suggest maybe if they can consider sharing equally between the kids maybe with her included that will be better , with consideration that she was just a girlfriend no marriage or lobola was involved and considering the kids which some met their father in their adulthood and he suddenly got sick and passed on.
