Disappointing and shocking
I requested to surrender my retirement policy and I have not received helpful assistance. I sent an email to the *** email asking for this form to be emailed to me. I got no response back. I phoned and I had to hold for more than 40 minutes before speaking to someone. This was on more than 3 occasions.It is so disappointing that you have staff who have no knowledge of your company's services and procedures or how to handle queries if they do not have the information at hand at that moment.
