DISAPPOINTING

<p>Last week Friday i app**** online for a loan and received an email that said that an agent was to get back to me. Later that day i called back and i was told that i was going to get a call back, again on Monday and Tesday the same response. Yesterday, Wednesday, i thought let me give it a last try and i spoke to a lady called Zaib. She finally assisted me with my online application further telephonically. I than qualified for R3000 over 6 months and i accepted. I had to complete a form and send all relevent docs which i did immediately. I really needed this money to i was a bit impatient , nevertheless she called me this morning at 09:06 am and asked to clarify a few things on my bank statment in order to continue. She mentioned my sanlam and the unlimited and 1life insurance that goes off my account that need to be added. Than i told here i have already added it to my expenses when we did the application telephonically. She further explained something which i honestly couldnt understand, therefore i request a copy of our conversation this morning to be sent to me at ********** She than immediately told me after that my application has been declined due to this. My question is this . why couldnt she tell me when she called me immediately of this , rather than tell me she needs to run something by with me to complete application. I am very dissapointed espcially when i have in the past taken out loans with old mutual. I wouldnt advise my family or friends to every use ther services after the experience i had.</p>
