Disappointing
I submit a withdrawal from my Tax Free Saving on the 29th of October. Fast forwars to today, after calling their call centre that keeps you on hold for more than 20 mins each time, im still not paid.

10 Dec 2025, 07:49A week later, payment still not processed. You guys promise 3 to 5 working days to process a withdraqal, but mine has been pending for a month and some weeks now. Thos is really appaulling to say the least.
